Equipment Overview
■The hydraulic truck HS-10 consists of a motor and a variable
piston pump. The entire hydraulic system, using a one-piece
structure and equipped with casters and push hands, is easy to
move. It also makes the pipe connection easier with quick change
connector.
■ The air cooling system can ensure that the equipment operate
continuously within 40 ℃ ambient temperature.
■ The control panel has an emergency stop button for emergency use.

Operating Steps of Hydraulic Unit
■ Move the device to the appropriate machining position.
■ Add the low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil from the oil
filler to the top of 1/5 level of the tank.
■ Connect the power cord, open the cabinet to ensure that the phase
and phase sequence protection relay work indicator light is always
on the state. If not, replace the power line phase sequence until
the work indicator is light.
■ Start the motor and then stop and observe from the motor tail
whether the motor rotation is rotated clockwise.
■ Press the motor start button to start the motor and turn on the
enable switch to supply the hydraulic motor. Control the speed
switch to adjust the hydraulic motor speed.
■ After the use, close the enable switch, then press the motor stop
button to turn off the motor.
