Features
Diesel Hydraulic system uses imported gear pump. The output
pressure is stable. It can increase the life of the tool, save the
cost and improve the efficiency. The battery starts the diesel
engine which drives the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump produces
the high pressure hydraulic oil which drives the hydraulic motor to
drive the load.
■ It uses step less speed variation. The equipment can achieve tool
setting and adjustment in the case of low-speed.
■ It adopts compact design. The overall size and weight are
compressed under the premise of ensuring the power, which can

Equipment Overview
■ HS-36 adopts one-piece structure, it is easy to move and makes the
pipe connection easier with quick change connector.
■ The machine can work continuously within 40 ℃ temperature by the
oil cooling system.
■ It can make starting, stopping and warming up function through a
integrated control box.
■ With the double oil passages function, we can make drilling and
cutting at the same time.
■ To ensure that users can quickly access we have the quick connector
which can be plug and pull quickly.
Operating Steps of Hydraulic Unit
■ Select the suitable oil passage and connect the hose between the
operating valve block and the load. The fitting needs to be
tightened to ensure no oil leakage, also connect the hydraulic hose
to the hydraulic motor.
■ The machine needs to be heated when the ambient temperature is
below 10 ℃. The hydraulic oil will be automatically heated at low
temperatures. Just open the cabinet inside the inverter switch and
push the switch to “On”, the system will automatically preheat for
15mins, then the cabinet heats up the indicator lamp which will
always be on. The heat will be extinguished when the lamp is ended.
At the same time, make sure the ball valve handle is in the OFF
position, and then turn the start key to the START position to
start the diesel engine. For more detailed diesel engine
maintenance, please refer to the operating instructions of the
diesel engine.
■ Turn the ball valve in the figure below slowly clockwise (the
maximum rotation angle is 90 °) and observe the rotation speed of
the load to reach the appropriate speed.
■ Oil cooler governor valve and relief pressure regulator has been
adjusted before leaving the factory. It’s not necessary to operate
in the use of the process. And only need to adjust the
corresponding oil throttle valve to adjust the speed of the oil
load.
■ When finished, turn the ball valve counterclockwise to position
the ball valve handle and turn the control key to the OFF position
to stop the engine.
