Product Introduction
Bohyar engineering material technology company is the first one in
China to achieve own research and development ability of producing
diamond wire saw. The subsea diamond wire saw is designed for
underwater cutting of horizontal or vertical pipes, casings and
structure, with five models that cut from 4in to 84in O.D. Running
on hydraulic power, the wire saw is controlled remotely with
dedicated HS controls, topside control panels or by ROV control.
Industry Application
The diamond wire saw cutting machine is widely applied in deep sea
operations, shallow sea operations and platform operations. It is
designed for underwater cutting of horizontal or vertical pipes,
casings and structure.

Self-Adjusting Auto-feed
The diamond wire saw features a unique self-adjusting auto-feed
system that controls wire bend and automatically matches the feed
rate to the cutting rate. With the ability to adjust the feed until
the cutting action catches up, DWS delivers more efficient cutting
action with enhanced operator safety and greatly extended wire
life.
Self-Regulating tensioning system
Spring and cylinder can maintain a constant tension of the diamond
rope, which effectively prevent excessive tension causing damage to
the machine, enhance the safety of the operator and greatly extend
the rope life.
