Product Introduction
Trav-L-Cutter, or "Travel Cutter," is a portable pipeline cutting,
beveling and milling machine with 6in-72in capacity. This machine
features atmospheric anti-corrosion package with stainless steel
components and special finishes.
The Model TC0672 utilizes a powerful, sealed closed loop hydraulic
drive system, includes anti-corrosion package with stainless steel
components and special finishes. It is ideally suited for hostile
environments or for use underwater.
Industry Application
Our Climbing pipe cutting and beveling machine is designed for
cutting and beveling all common pipe materials. It is widely
applied in natural gas, crude oil, long distance transport
pipeline, power plant and hostile environments etc.
Features
■ Horizontal and vertical cutting
The Travel Cutter will operate on horizontal or vertical pipe, in
the field or in the shop.
■ Safe, Cold Cutting
Bohyar’s Travel Cutter can be used in explosive conditions, on
natural gas, crude, product and fuel lines.
■ Fast, Reliable
A standard wall pipe can be cut and beveled with a cutting speed of
approximately 2 minutes per 1'' of pipe diameter. Cutting time
varies for heavier walls and harder alloys.
■ Corrosion resistance
Use stainless steel screws, special bearings, seals and zinc layer
including attachment prevents corrosion due to the long-term job in
brine that may arise.

Safety Instructions
■ Make sure the work pieces are supported adequately for
installation of the equipment. This includes supporting any of the
work pieces “fall-off” section when serving the work piece.
Ensuring support of the work piece is the responsibility of the
operator.
■ Tools on any cutting equipment including drills, milling tools,
etc.-may get very hot. Do not touch the tools until you have made
sure it is not too hot to handle.
■ Before performing any service on the equipment, disconnect the
power source. Follow all procedures required at the worksite.
